"Odd size glasses and stemware could easily break without the right size dishracks,' warns Richard Hernandez, director of operations for European Food & Entertainment Concepts, Ltd. When Richard needed dishracks for the franchise's T.G.I.Friday's units in Czechoslovakia and Austria, he ordered Camracks. "With our high volume and variety of glass styles and sizes, I needed something that was tough enough to withstand everything the staff could throw at them. Yet these are tender enough to cradle dishes and glassware and keep them from breaking." The Camrack system makes it easy for the staff to wash and store glassware. The wide variety of compartment sizes and heights means there is a rack that's perfect for every type of glass. Each unit uses 30 to 40 racks. "You can stack the racks for easy storage too," Hernandez says. "With other racks I've seen a lot of breakage."
