Almost every hotel caterer can manage a first class dinner for 400 executives. But imagine such an event on a frozen lake, an hour away from the kitchen, and in 20° below 0° weather! The Westmark Whitehorse Hotel's General Manager Larry Watling accepted the extraordinary challenge. And Cambro's insulated catering equipment helped serve a success in these extreme weather conditions. A German company sponsored an incentive trip to witness the "Yukon Quest" dogsled race. Seven of the catered events in a three-day period were off-site. To transport food and beverages, the Westmark used Cambro Ultra Camtainers® and Multiple Pan Carriers. One evening, diners feasted outdoors on chilled lobster salad and a hot stuffed chicken breast entree. "Everything was served at the perfect temperature," exclaimed Watling.
