Cambro dish caddies and Camtrays® help the Singapore Convention Centre handle functions up to 5,000.

During construction in 1994, the Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Center's management was concerned about minimizing replacement costs of dishes that break or chip. As one of the largest exhibition halls in the world, the Centre attracts large multinational conventions and caters functions for up to 5,000 guests. To handle the task, they purchased Cambro Dish Caddies and Camtread trays for its food service operation. The Centre uses four sizes of dish caddies capable of storing up to 70,000 dishes. To accommodate its large functions, the Centre also stocks more than 1,200 Camtread serving trays and 250 display trays. "This equipment is heavily used during our functions and it is still in perfect condition," says Choi, entering their fifth year of operation.
