  • Use for added insurance to keep hot foods hot during holding and transporting.
  • Can be used in most Cambro front loading Food Pan Carriers and Carts.
  • Store in cabinet with hot foods to ensure food remains above 140°F.
  • Can also be used to pre-warm empty cabinet before loading, safer than using hot water.
  • Use one or two per compartment. Place on bottom rail and store hot food above.
